Application Users & Roles

Five roles: SuperAdmin (the only role that can access system settings and Manage Articles), AppAdmin (branch-level), Employee, MAC Reseller and Client. Menu access is configured via RoleModules.

Changing a mobile number requires OTP, Force Logout invalidates active sessions, and login history is kept in the AuthenticationTracer.
