True data isolation
Not row-level multi-tenancy — each ISP runs on its own physical database, resolved by domain, with around 1,600 tenant databases in production. Branch and reseller scoping add two further layers.
Triple-factor sessions
Every request validates an identity cookie plus the IP address and the User-Agent against a server-side tracer. A stolen cookie alone fails — the device and network must match too — and admins can force-logout any session.
Six authorization filters
Six purpose-built filters guard distinct domains (admin, company control-plane, client portal, client API, bandwidth reseller and MAC-admin JWT), with per-reseller menu permissions on top.
Audit everywhere
Append-only logs across the platform: who changed a customer (old → new), whether the billing engine or a person enabled/disabled a line, login history, and a tamper-evident record of any manually edited bill.
IFRS/GAAP integrity
The accounting ledger never hard-deletes. Cancellations post a reversal journal that preserves history — even a departed customer's records are retained, not erased — for clean, defensible books.
Safe by construction
Anti-forgery protection on every form, duplicate-submission tokens on critical operations, OTP for mobile-number changes, and permission-gated VAT and discount fields.
