Company & Branch Setup

Every ISP Digital tenant starts with a company branch. Set a 3-character Branch Prefix (e.g. DHK) — it builds your customer IDs like DHK-0001 and becomes immutable once customers exist, so choose carefully.

Key settings

• Manager photo (max 512KB) and NID (PDF max 1MB / image max 512KB)
• Per-branch SMS credentials and branch login (min 6 characters)
• Per-branch module gating for a franchise model
• IsActive master toggle and CustomerIdEditableOrNot

Multi-branch operators can run a franchise model and use Login As Admin impersonation to support each branch.
