Enable / Disable on MikroTik

Three ways to enable/disable: the billing-page toggle, a bulk action (with a succeeded/failed summary) or the edit page. Disabling also kicks the live session immediately. A per-customer MikroTik Impact checkbox lets you change the record without touching the router. Customers auto-enable on bill payment and auto-disable on expiry.
