360° Customer Search & Live Router Data

The customer profile is a 360° view: billing, payments, complaints, remarks, a full change log (who changed what, old → new) and an enable/disable log marked Automated, Manual or Custom.

It can pull live MikroTik data — active PPP session, hotspot session, static binding, ARP entry and current upload/download — without logging into the router.
