Add & Edit Customer

A multi-section form: Personal (incl. Blood Group, NID), Address, Service (Server/Protocol/Package — monthly bill auto-fills from the package), Billing, and MikroTik credentials (username must be unique across the branch; optional MAC binding). Creating the customer auto-creates the PPP secret / hotspot user / static queue on the router.

A form-submission token blocks duplicate creation from a double-click or refresh.
