Return & Refund Policy

Subscriptions

ISP Digital is offered as a monthly subscription. Each branch carries a separate subscription bill, and 5% VAT applies to all fees.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Refunds

• Setup, onboarding and customization fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Monthly subscription fees already billed for an active period are non-refundable.
• If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing mistake.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Your data can be exported on request before account closure.
