Flexible Configuration
Configure the whole platform — and keep MikroTik in lock-step.
Almost everything is driven by configuration: a three-character branch prefix that builds customer IDs (and locks once customers exist), a Zone › Sub-Zone › Box hierarchy used everywhere, packages, protocols, support and task categories, SMTP and gateway credentials, and per-branch module gating for a franchise model.
The ISP-specific detail: a package name must match the MikroTik profile name exactly (case-sensitive) so speed auto-syncs, rates live in a dedicated Tariff Package Mapper rather than on the package, VAT auto-calculates on every payment, and the selected country auto-sets the currency symbol. Activity loggers keep an audit of configuration changes.
