Daily Bill Collection

Field collections enter a two-step approval workflow (pending → approved). The Daily Bill Collection screen shows Received, Discount and Due totals, with tabs for Collected Bills, Webhook Payments and Paybill Payments, and filters by user, date, payment method and transaction status.
